We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
Customers only charge the freight once at most (excluding returns); whether it is No-restocking or restocking, consumers need to be charged for returns.

All return/exchanged items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
As long as there is stock, you can exchange or refund. We do not accept returned items sent directly back without prior notice to us. Any address on the package is not approved as a return address. There will be no refund or exchange for packages returned without the authorization of the customer service representative. We do not provide freight collect (FTC) service for returned packages. The return shipping fee for returned packages is non-refundable.

If the order has been shipped, we will not accept order cancellation requests.
